Kanser hücreleri üzerinde İnvitro %90 dan fazla “KANSER HÜCRELERİ ÜZERİNDE SİTOTOKSİK ETKİ”,
%95 den fazla “KANSER HÜCRELERİNİN ÇOĞALMASINI İNHİBE EDİCİ ETKİ” rapor edilmiştir.

Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’nde (TBMM), Milletvekili olarak görev yapan Dr.Turhan ALÇELİK, bu süre içinde TBMM Sağlık Komisyonu ve Uluslararası Komisyonlarda görev almış ve Komisyon Başkanlığı yapmıştır.

Who is Dr. Turhan Alcelik?

Dr. Turhan Alçelik is a prominent medical doctor and scientist and an expert who has made many innovations in the fields of Health and Technology.

He was born in the Keşap district of Giresun in 1958. His father's name is Muzaffer and his mother's name is İpek.

After graduating from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1982, he worked as a General Medicine and Emergency Service Physician in different regions of our country for more than 8 years and then completed his specialization in Ophthalmology at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine.

He worked as an Ophthalmologist and Assistant Professor at Cumhuriyet University and Harran University Medical Faculties. He was the Chief Physician at Harran University Medical Faculty.

Dr. Turhan ALÇELİK, who served as Giresun Deputy in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) in the 20th, 21st and 25th terms,

During this period, he served in the TBMM Health Commission and International Commissions and served as the Commission President .

He has achieved significant success in the fields of Cancer, Lighting and Medical Technologies, especially with his scientific research conducted in Turkey, Switzerland, Germany and Dubai for over 10 years.

Dr. Alçelik focused particularly on his studies in the field of CANCER , worked with Cancer Research Centers of 4 different Universities on this subject, and these studies, which continued for more than 15 years, were completed in 2025.

Oncology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Traditional Complementary Medicine Specialists participated in this research.



As a result of the Cancer Research reported by 2 different internationally accredited Cancer Research Centers;

More than 90% “CANCER CELL DESTRUCTIVE EFFECT” on cancer cells, more than 95% cancer cell proliferation inhibitory effect, i.e. “METASTASIS PREVENTIVE EFFECT” has been reported.

In the same study, it was also examined whether there were any negative side effects on healthy cells; and it was seen that the cancer support treatments we performed did not have any negative side effects on healthy cells .

Dr.Alçelik, as the inventor of the “A headlamp with a continuous long-distance illumination without glaring effects” Project,

He was deemed worthy of the “ GRAND PATENT AWARD” of the Turkish Patent Institute (TPE) , and this award was presented to him by our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN .

The same project won the “ WORLD FIRST AWARD” at the 34th Geneva Inventions and Innovations Fair organized by the Swiss Federal Government.

Dr. Turhan Alçelik, who is married and has five children, speaks English and German.
